Meet the Board

Mr. Soji Jenyo

Chairman

Mr. Jenyo is a consummate Chartered Accountant with over 25 years working experience in Banking at Senior & Executive Management levels.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Mr. Jenyo obtained his first degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the firm of Akintola Williams Deloitte.
He is an Honorary Senior Member of the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) and an Alumnus of Advanced Management Programme from the Lagos Business School (LBS). He has attended various banking, financial services and compliance training courses at the Ifs School of Finance, London, UK and Complinet UK Limited, London, UK.

He served as the General Manager and Pioneer Head of Business Development at Intercontinental Bank (UK) PLC, London, where he was responsible for business origination across UK, Nigeria and Ghana. He also served as the General Manager and Divisional Head, Services at Intercontinental Bank PLC, Nigeria and has worked in other Commercial and Merchant Banks across the country.

Prior to his appointment as the Chairman, Board of Directors of Qualinvest Capital Limited, he was the General Manager & Divisional Head, Business Support Division, Wema Bank PLC.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Options Finder Ltd.

Mr. Segun Akintemi

Director

Mr. Akintemi is a highly motivated IT professional with over 25-years’ working experience within the financial services industry spent in Union Bank, Gulf Bank, Prudent Bank and most recently Skye Bank where he was General Manager & Divisional Head, Business Optimization, Technology, Channels & International Subsidiaries (2006-2011). During this period, he developed Skye Bank’s robust IT platform which transformed the Bank into an IT-driven bank and established its business across West Africa, specifically in Guinea, Gambia and Sierra Leone.

In 2012, he joined Renaissance Credit, Nigeria (a licensed consumer finance provider) as pioneer Chief Executive Officer. He has attended various professional and executive development courses including Financial Services Management, Microsoft, Seattle, Washington, USA and Advanced Management Programme, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He also sits on the Board of various companies including IHS Nigeria Plc.

Mrs Derin Prevail-Agbabiaka

Director

As a Legal Practitioner with expertise in Corporate/Commercial Law and vast experience in Soliciting and Company Secretarial duties, Mrs. Prevail-Agbabiaka is a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). She began her legal practice with a stint in Litigation at Tayo Oyetibo & Co. (Nigeria) and subsequently went into full-fledged corporate practice at the erstwhile Prudent Bank Plc (now Skye Bank Plc) before she ventured into private practice.

With an LL.B (Hons) (1999) from the Lagos State University, Nigeria and a B.L (Hons) (2000) from the Nigerian Law School, Mrs. Prevail-Agbabiaka is the current Managing Partner of Lawhouse & Corplaw Services, a Soliciting Firm and Company Secretarial Establishment respectively. She equally sits on the Board of Butterpot Capital Limited.
